Members,
Based on feedback from Bishops Council, the Stake Presidency has decided to return to the pre-COVID overlapping block schedule.
This means that all Wards will return either to the 8:30 am, 11:00 am, or 1:30 pm block as a natural progression from the 2021 schedule. These blocks should not be modified as consistency across the Stake is important. Changes to weekly activity days can be modified by the Bishops based on the building if desired.
Beginning September 5th, and based on our 2021 rotation, 2022 blocks times are as follows:
- 12th Ward – 8:30 am – Tuesday (for Youth Activities, Relief Society/Elder Activities, and Primary Activity Days)
- 28th Ward – 11:00 am – Wednesday (for Youth Activities, Relief Society/Elder Activities, and Primary Activity Days)
- 5th Ward – 1:30 pm – Thursday (for Youth Activities, Relief Society/Elder Activities, and Primary Activity Days)
